Customer ID confusion & non activation of my package

I applied for a online dth connection vide order no 2832069 & form reference no. 2999314 & deposited an amount of Rs 3090 online around 15 days back selecting HD setup box & mega pack. I was promised that the connection would be installed in 48 hours but to my utter surprise that took nearly 8 days (8X24 hours).

when the man for installation came he went back leaving the material at my place& saying that the signal strength is not being achieved. He assured coming the next day but never turned up for next 4 days. Since the material was lying with me being an engineer by profession i installed the dish myself & called up the dealer at shimla to activate the channels.

The dealer responded the next day & my channels got activated. But again to my utter surprise many channels listed in the mega pack were missing. It happended around a week back & i have been running pillar to post for activation of my channels. I called up the helpline nos etc umpteenth times & the final respone is the customer ID coming on my TV set (3006482107) is registed in the name of some other customer. My original customer Id is 3006366902 which has already been activated but the channels i am receiving is for other customer id.

I really shudder to think about future. Till date no solutions no calls. If i call up i am told it will take time. please help
