I had booked an Airtel DTH connection through my local dealer M/S Dass Electronics, Sibbari Road, Karimganj-788711, Assam on 07-11. They told me that my connection will be installed within 48 hours. Subsequently I got a phone call from their call centre and asked to recharge for Rs. 1590.00. Accordingly I paid that amount through IVR by my credit card. I was given transaction ID 11699199 from their side.
But, it is very much unfortunate to say that, the amount is not credited in my account till date. I complained several times through phone and email, but failed to get any satisfactory reply from their side. I also provided my credit card statement reflecting the transaction to them 2 times.
I request you to find an early solution to my problem.
