I HAVE PURCHASE A AIRTEL HD CONNECTION IN NOV AND HAVE MADE ALMOST 16 COMPLAINTS IN 3 MONTHS FOR POOR SIGNAL QUALITY, VIDEO PROBLEMS ETC. AND EVERY TIME THEIR ENGINEERS SORT OF TECHNICIANS VISITED THE PREMISES BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. AND WITH 2-1/2 MONTHS MY SET TOP BOX WAS FAILED TO OPERATE. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE SAME BUT OVER AND ABOVE 48 HOURS THEY FAILED TO ACTIVATE MY SERVICES AGAIN TILL 15TH JANUARY UPTO 4.29 PM, THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND THE ENTIRE AIRTEL DIGITAL SERVICE IS A WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY AS COMPARED TO TATASKY, VIDEOCON D2H WHICH I HAVE USED.
