My AIRTEL DTH ID are 3002429666 & i have decided to take the 6 month advance rental plan with the same channel packages as were already available for viewing to me.but surprisingly when i had paid the 6 months advance rental the ZEE News channel has been removed from my list and when contacting to customer care thru e-mail & phone call they are not satisfactorily answered and the things happen 3-4 days. and finally they have suugested to pay extra amount to subscribe the ZEE News channel.
if the channel is available before paying the advance rent of 6months than how it is removed and demand the extra money?? this is unfair practice and required the action..
