SUB; Refund of connection fees

This is with reference to the connection I had taken in the month of Aug’ 2010. Due my society’s objection I could not take the connection though I had paid Rs.4899/- thru my ICICI credit card. I also returned the kit to your company.

I had made several calls (at least 15, most of the time the calls drop during the conversation) and was assured of the refund of money but I have not received it yet.
