I have a Airtel DTH connection (ID-3001586608) since Oct. I had been facing DTH set top box not starting immediately since few days, but since i could not reach the toll free & tolled numbers, i left the umpteen tries since the set top box used to start up alas in 10 minutes after warm up.
But since yesterday, the set top box has completely stopped working & the lights keep flickering. I have been trying from as many numbers to reach them even smses of "HELP" on 54325 as mentioned in an sms which came from them.
Have also lodged a online complaint with them but to no avail. Is any of the AIRTEL management listening to their so called "Customer care" numbers not working.
Please look into the matter as i will have no other option than switching services to other service provider.
