Respected sir, Iam a customer of Airtel digital tv with customer id no:3001763751 and i have using it since 1 nd half year.before 2 days i got problem in the settop box.i went to the service center and they replaced it with a other box for a recharge of 350 rs.and after bringing back home the ESPN sports package which i have subscribed is not coming now and apart from this the dth company is changing the channels in a free manner which is not present in the channel list that we subscribe.i called to the customer care several times and still there is no solution for my problem.
