I am Unikkat Rajesh kumar and I purchased a new Airtel DTH connection by contacting the Airtel customer care @ 020 4448080 (Agent Name: Nadeem) on 04-03-11 and I made a payment of Rs 1590/- for the same thru my credit card. I was told that Engineer would call me for installation which has not happened till now. I call up Customer care everyday but after asking all details they put me on hold atleast for 10 mins and later say that they are tranfering the call to other dept. who ask the details again but no solution or any update is provided by the, I am fed up with these guys so I called up the nodal officer @ 02240213261, he is also putting on hold for sometime and hang up the call. The people of airtel c.care are not professional and they are third class when they speak to the customer. Please advice if there is any other way I can chase or solve this issue.
