Ar sir, I am having airtel dth, i am facing problem since last 4 days, i have registered my complaint 3 times to their customer care center, their executives are not well trained to understand exact problem. I gave them problem showing on my tv screen that is error code-sm2, but their executive not able to explain what is exact problem.they told your problem will be solved within 24 hrs but 4 days already passed, it is not solved. They send following message. Dear Customer, request no-6343384 for "Delay In Resolution (Domino)", Happy Code-B739.Share code with the engineer ONCE issue is resolved. For any query pls call 9662013296I called thier engr he told thier people will come today but 28 hours already passed nobody came.. Now i m calling to thier engineer but he is not picking up my phone.i tried almost 15 times..this is the service airtel dth provide..plz solve my problem at the earliest otherwise i will swithover to other service provider.
