I registered a complaint about the connection problem (SM2) on 29th March. Everyday when i call the customer care center i get a response that the engineer will come the next day morning and rectify the problem, which never happened for the next 2 days.
I expected at least sending an email to [email protected] will get the attention of representatives but even that never happened.
I never got a response to the emails sent to [email protected] other than the auto generated email.
As a final step i emailed to the nodal officer of our division, then someone from Airtel Dth called an informed me that the problem will be solved in a day but it took 2 days.
So after 5 days of struggle, finally the problem is rectified.
TRAI regulations for DTH says "In case of non-receipt of signal, 90% of complaints must be redressed within 24 hours." I don't think Airtel follows the TRAI regulations.
I recommend customers to reconsider their decision when purchasing Airtel DTH.
