I have opened the Case # 6908999 WITH Airtel customer care yesterday and still there in no resolution to my problem. Right now I am having 5-7 phone number for technicians and they are not at all responding correctly.
One of technician Named Mallikarjun, Mobile # 9379227794 / 9739710938 said that he will come tomorrow ie on 14th April but when called on that date he is saying that he will come tomorrow.
The problem is just that the dish cannot be aligned to the correct satellite location. The dish needs to be reinstalled on a higher location and there is wall near the dish which is causing the disk not to move. To tech came in they tried to move the dish but with no success they went back as the did not have the drilling machine.
I am totally fed up of the service and want to move to some other provider.
