Delay in refund after cancellation of new DTH installation and improper response

Hello, I''d taken a new Airtel digital TV connection on 10-Mar of Rs.3450/-. But I''d to cancel it (on the very same day) due to some technical reasons: 1) Dish connection on our society terrace not allowed. 2) No east window open in my flat (this was not intimated earlier during ordering). I''d registered my complaint regarding the refund on 14-Mar & was assured on 16-Mar that I''ll get my money in the next 7-10 days. After waiting for more than 20 days, I again called your customer care on 07-Apr & got a reply that I''ll get my money in next 48 hours. But then even after a week no refund was received. I again called up 14-Apr & the representative asked to send an email complaint. I did that also but in no respnse till now. I then called up again on 17-Apr & was assured of refund within 48 hrs. But still I havent received my refund amount. Every time I call up their Customer care I get a different answer or a promise that I''ll get it in next 48 hrs.
