I have requested Airtel DTH to close the connection and refund the balance amount Rupees 959 in my account 3000531142 last month. They have done CPE recovery on 03/04 after following up with them for 30 days. Even after CPE recovery they have not refunded my money. Am following up with them daily basis, there is no response to emails, service request are being closed down without being resolved. Its one of the worst service providers. Request the authorities to refund my money at the earliest.
