Ealignment of dish

I had submitted a request for Movies now HD channel (channel 198) on may 7th... airtel customer care called me the next day and said that dish realignment would be done within 5 days... after a week no respnse was there . i tried calling all the known numbers of airtel. they all promiwsed that it would be done within 24 hrs. but as on 27th may no action has been taken.
