The installation guys for Airtel (well, all these are contractors, so they do it for other companies also), they know that Airtel gives only 12 meters of free cable, so they lay as much cable as possible, in my case 3-4 meters of unnecessary loose extra cable, telling some reason or the other.
So finally they charged me 13 meters of extra cable at 12 rupees per meter. And the best part is they do not give a receipt, saying they don't carry any. They look inept, did not even do a decent job, and were nothing more than cash sharks.
