Respected Sir Madam

I have Airtel Dth and the customer Id 3006404904. Due to some technical problem my dth is not working and when i filed the complaint at customer care and they are demanding Rs100/- for technical support.i just want to know why i will pay to them??

Airtel in all respect just want to earn money. this my request to the concerned authority to check the whole matter..
