Service and response from customer care

Hi,

Two times i have logged service request to uninstall (remove) the dish and install at nearby building.

I have been informed both times with service req number that Engineer will attend me between 6-7 next day.

But still i didnt receive any call from Airtel DTH engineer.

I tried calling customer care again and guy put me on hold for long time saying that he will transfer call to immediate officer. But nobody responded and eventually cut the call. This happened two times.

Could i get information on where i can lodge complaint against Airtel DTH and their customer care.
