Airtel DTH

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Sony Bravia LCd tv at dated 29th May from the faridabad. In an Offer I got an airtel dth with the TV. Airtel representative conveyed me to recharge my airtel tv account with 1000 rupees.

I have done the same but till today I am waiting for the activation of my airtel dth service

I keep calling to my local airtel representative but not got any satisfactory response from them.

Kindly take this matter on serious basis as after giving the payment of 1000 rupees, 15 days have been passed without the activation.
