I AM SUBRATO PALIT CUSTOMER ID 3000 804781 HAS RECHARGED RS.2650/-ON 9TH MAY FOR 12 MONTHS ECONOMY PACKAGE THROUGH DIRECT AIRTEL OFFICE OF SECT-37 FBD.BUT FOR LAST 2 DAYS MSGS COMMING OF NO BAL/LOW BAL. NO RESPONSE/SOLUTION FROM CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM MORE THAN 12 TIMES AND SPENDING TIME NOT LESS THAN 2 HOURS (TOTAL) ON HOLDING PHONES (PRACTICALLY I FEEL KNOWINGLY THE CALLS KEPT HOLD FOR LONG TIME AND DISCONNECTED W/O RESPONDING)

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. NEED TO LODGE LEGAL COMPLAIN AGAINST THIS. PLEASE SUPPORT.
