I purchased the DTH connection thru' the website 3 days back, so far I have not recvd the installation.
They had activated the connection without even providing the installation. When complained about this to the customer care, the refused to attend saying that this connection has been purchased thru' the website so they cannot attend. I regret for the poor service provided by AIrTel and am confused on what to do. Whom should I contact for??
