My Airtel DTH customer No. is 3004974385. The problem started when Airtel engineer shifted my antenna for SAT2 reception. The antenna got demounted due to winds. We have advice them not to mount antenna their because we known it was not a right place. They just carelessly mounted antenna and went away. Within 2 days it got demounted due to winds.
I have logged compliant with customer care on 12-july for it. No engineer visited on site for 4 days. I my self mounted it and after 4 days engineer (9076337616) visited. He just made correction to antenna setting and with out solving my problem went away.
When I ask for shifting of antenna to correct place he replied that, he don’t have necessary equipment to do it. (He was not carrying even a screw with him).
Since then I have continuously taking follow up with customer care and also speak to escalation. My problem remains as it is. I am totally depends on winds.
I m fed up with taking a follow up with customer care. They only create a complaint no. and give you bogus assurance. And at end of day a sms saying “your complaint has been resoled, if the issue is unresolved please call 9987003392 (an always unreachable and unanswered number)
If any one their to help me out of this hell.
