To management of Airtel / fellow consumers,
Airtel in Pune is about to attain the worst customer support award for the year, be it DTH Service or Broadband.
I have been using DTH service (3004005422) for last 2 years. I currently have south mega pack and have been wanting to switch to a-la-carte plan. I have tried numerous times to change on the website, and all I get is an automated e-mail from Airtel that they are processing the request. If you web technology is outdated why dont you scrap it.
The customer support want me to try over & over again. In the last conversation they have initiated disconnect by themselves.
I would like all customers to take note of these horrible customer service agents and not to go with Airtel DTH.
