Take Back ur DTH

I buy a Airtel DTH DVR for Rs. 5000 in Jan but it is a faulty one, it hangs after every 30 mins. so many times i asked the Airtel call center. MY customer ID - 3006775971, Mobile # 9313643582, I paid for the HD box but thay give me the standerd one. Now Airtel neither replacing it for HD, what thay promised me before & nor taking it back. thay are asking me to pay Rs. 5000 again for new box. thay are charging me more of my packege & providing half of channels. what legal actoin can be taken against the Airtel.
