Poor Services only Procastinating

It is really very sad for me to fill this form...

It has been 28 day my service request is still not update rather it has turned into a complaint and that too is not getting any resolution since last 3 days... and the new date is given...(ha ha ha)

I requested the CCR (Airtel DTH) on 15th of August to keep my account in safe mode for 3 months, which never happened and when i reached back to india after 20 days my account balance was negative...

when i called back for the same..i was given a complaint number: 11817394 (on 11th Sept) and was assured that i would get resolution withing 48 hrs.. which never got resolved..i again called back to them to check the status of my complain and the CCR informed me that i would get the refund by 1.30 pm...

so i waited again... well waited upto next day..and called them back as still there was no resolution to my complaint...

and gratefully i was informed that they again want to launch service request God knows why and this lady RESHMA told me that i would get the resolution by 3.30 pm...

and on calling back again at 3.45 (well as usual complaint was not resolved) i again got connected to RESHMA and she said that i will have to wait till FRIDAY 16th of SEPT for resolution... and again i received a Service Request number: 11907620
