On 6.9. I was informed by Airtel through SMS that they will change the direction of the dish in view of change in the operating satellite. The services went off on 20.9.2011. I have, since, been persistently requesting their Customer Care through phone, mail for restoration of services, but they have failed to respond, despite several promises made. When I asked for refund of my subscription charges and installation charges, they have refused to respond. I request your intervention to wake up Airtel and not to cheat with big Ads.
