Regarding STB

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a customer (Customer id 3006262083) in Airtel dth, I give

two compliant (request no.17773913, April 12 and request no.

17917810, April 17) and also send two e-mail in customer care, Nodal officer and Bharti Airtel ID regarding to set top box, some day (13/04, Friday) before engineer come and say some error in set top box and company change it. But till date I am not receive before last 9 days new set top box and Customer care, engineer and service provider not give any satisfied answer.

Kindly do the needful in this regard as soon as possible and oblige us.
