Recently, I had audio problem with Airtel DTH. I called customer care. Next day a service engineer arrived at my home. The Set top box was replaced at a cost of Rs 750. But, another issue started (Error 14). I called customer care for 4 days continuously. Every time, they said my issue would be resolved by xx: xx time of every next day. But, no one comes and issue remain unresolved. The after sales service is very very poor in Airtel DTH. They should really reinforce their after sales service.
