Hi,
I was continuously facing problem in the adapter of STB & no one from
Airtel DTH service engineers visiting my home after regular complaints
of 15-20days.
Still, the miserable condition doesn't stop here.
After contacting the Customer care team, i did not getting any revert
call back from customer care team asking me whether my problem
resolved or not.
This continued nearly 7days, u can check from my call
records. Also, after 15days of continuous call i got no resolution &
solve the problem by myself.
I am very disappointed by such pathetic service from Airtel.
As u can expect how much important TV is in day to day life in Home.
I am going to change back to Cable TV/TATA Sky as they can be accessible more easily.
