On thursday night (28th June) i have raised a request to " Airtel DTH Customer Care " for de-installation of my dth connection (old place in chennai) and reinstall it on my new place in chennai. I clearly told that i am a professional guy and i work Monday to Friday and i will be in office and i will not be avialable in my home. I waited for engineer to come on saturday and sunday (June 30 and July 1), but no one visited my home. So on sunday i personally went to my old home and de-installed my dth connection. Now customer guys (airtel dth) on monday without resolving my problem they closed my complaint. They are harassing me like anything.
