I had purchased a new Aiertel HD DTH connection online on 15 Oct 11 WITH a 12 month south ultra package for around six thousand rupees. Despite more than 100 hours of purchase and acknowledge of payment by providing customer no 3009025126, no body from airtel has contacted for installation of the new connection.
i have raised several complaints both online and through the customer care on 080 44448080, which i found extremely poor to say the least, i'm still waiting to be contacted for installation. The email replies are computer generated with no feedback and customer care with standard reply of somebody will contact you in next 2 hrs (when the 2 hrs is going tobe completed is a big mystery).
the purchase of connection online has become a big punishment for me. the service has not yet begun and is so poor, i don't know what all else is in store
i, m using this forum to raise my complaint and hope that somebody would address the same.
