I have deposited the subcription money Rs. 3040/- for one year on 09.05.2010. We went to our native place Fatehpur for summer vacation. After returning from there on 29.06.2010 when we switched on the TV & receiver, got the message that our subcription has expired.
It was shocking because we had deposited the money for year. When called the customer care, we got the information that our money has exhausted because of using excess paid movies & etc. After enquiry we found that somebody changed our registered mobile no. & enjoyed.
I have question from Airtel, how they can changed our registered mobile no. without verification??? What is the company policy?? Who is the responsible for this??
