Ipurchased an airtel dtv in feb.my second recharge date was delayed by the local service provider in the month of june and i my account balance went negative and my services were disconnected.after two days my balance was renewed by the local service provider, but my services ware not resumed.
I informed the so called customer care three times in 3 days and in return each i was promised to get my connection back in 24 hours and was given a complaint number.after a weeks patient wait not getting any response from any single person i approached the local service provider and gave him my dtv box and still (after1month) i am waiting for it to get repaired.
