this is to bring to your kind notice that my airtel DTH (customer ID: 3003687238 & registered phone no. is 9940046713) is not working from 12th of march i.e. 12 days from now, i have registered the complaint 3 times & still no action has taken place,

Kindly look into this matter, this sort of poor service is not expected from such an esteemed organization as yours.
