Promotional True HD Connection request not attened to

On 14th March I purchased a SAMSUNG Led and got a voucher which entitles me to get DISHTV True HD installed at a nominal rate of 750/-

In spite of completing all the steps mentioned and giving my details to customer care, no action has been taken till date.

I was assured that my new True HD connection will be installed

with 72 hours but all turned-up to be a hoax played on me. Company is

simply wasting so much money on sales promotion if they are not true

to their words.

My futile approach to call centers got me hollow assurance every-time.

and a complain no 55706333 dated 14th Feb. 2011 which was never attended to.
