We were registered one complaint regarding a technical issue at Airtel DTH Service Care. I registered the complaint on August 7th. But we haven't received any response from the Customer Service Care as of now. We spoke to the customer care many times regarding the Same Issue. Every time we call them they asked us to register a new Complaint as our previous request are being closed automatically in regardless of whether the issue is resolved or not.
once some Technical person called us and told that he would come afternoon. But he never came and update the ticket status as resolved. We are totally fed up on this Issue. Please help us to get it resolved. Its really pathetic.
