Sir,
I myself compaint about the Airtel DTH services for the last few days that whenever I switch on of my TV then No Signal is always screened there. I complaint to Customer Care of Airtel DTH Service on 29.08.2011 and again complaint, they also lodged my complaint and also assure me within one or two day my service engineer visit your home. Sir, nine days elapsed but no one visit regarding my complaint, and further complaint/request no.11522850 dated 02.09.2011. I also suprise that service is failure due to technical problem but service charge/balance has been deducting everyday after complaining.
This type of service is not tolerable anymore. I would request you to take stringent action against my request so that this type of happening will not occur in future.
