Airtel is just selling on name, they don't care about customers. They make false promises and give lame excuses. I subscribed for Airtel DTH as they said they will not charge anything for installation but later they deducted 300/- from monthly recharge for extra wire saying the engineer made a misktake by not communicating about the wire cost. When the balance is low, they don't care to send a courtesy SMS or call before disconnecting. You call up their customer press 1 for English & you will hear very poorly trained customer executives speaking in Hindi who keeps repeating some standard phrases - apologies for inconvenience, it's a technical problem, we are system/process driven - without any realistic meaning to a customer. You ask for a supervisor and you will be on hold for several minutes and when the supervisor is on line he is making desparate attempts to fool you with all tricky words without any real solution. Recently they changed my package on their own without informing me. When I called different executives gave different versions, one said technical problem, another said it's my duty to call them, another said he's checking and the call went blank. Another said an executive will get back to me in 24 hours. When another executive calls up he tries to give false execuses that my profile is not updated. MR MITTAL & CO. WAKE UP BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE, DON'T UNDERESTIMATE RETAIL CUSTOMERS, ELSE YOU"LL PAY FOR IT BADLY SOON.
