I am using Airtel HD DTH and customer number is 3006158854
New HD channels and Tamil channels are not able to add. I first registered the request on 16th March and got the feed back from customer care that my dish direction needs to be changed.
Till now the direction was not changed and I am not able to add the HD (discovery HD and movies now HD) and few Tamil channels (Captain TV etc)
I registered the request more than 20 times and getting erratic feed back from customer care.
No one came to my house to change the dish direction.
It is very poor response from Airtel DTH customer care, most of the time i am getting blank calls from customer care.
No reply to the mail
I am in no choice to go for other DTH
