Dear Manager,
My landline number is 0120 4245101. I had requested an IPTV connection on this
landline and the product form 07 for digital TV interactive was duly filled and
submitted on 07 Dec along with a cheque for amount 1750/- This cheque has
been encashed and the balance is reflecting against my account.
I was promised that the connection would be installed within 24 hours, however
nothing happened in the next 48 hours. On 9 Dec I called 198 and lodged a
complaint (reference number 40701130) and was promised action within 24 hours.
AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED.
Thereafter I sent a mail to [email protected] with the above-mentioned details and received a reply which said that my request had been forwarded to the respective department and that they will contact me asap.
Today is 13 Dec and I still don't have IPTV for which I paid almost a week back.
HELP. IF YOU CAN.
