Dear Airtel

My satellite TV sigle got problem 1 and half month before, I called several times to Airtel customers service, everytime they said we will send ppl to maintain it tomorrow, but till now, nobody come, I cant understand why Airtel company's customer service is so bad, so bad... pls send ppl to repair it pls, pls, pls...
