Payment of recharge has been made but services have been discontinued

My Airteltv account no is 3001545422. I have already recharged my account with Rs 500/- through e banking. Payment confirmation no is- 948243. Inspite of the fact that payment for recharge has been made, the services have been disconnected.

Custmorcare is taking no care inspite of repeated requests.

Wii some one from Airtel tv look into this??? Please
