No response in repairing

I purchased lcd from carrefour shindagha branch dubai uae on 21 aug.i was using this lcd in india but now its not working, the lg service center in my city jodhpur india are not repairing this tv, they are saying that warranty is not applicable in india if u have purchased this tv from uae
