I, Atul Garg is using IPTV of Aksh Optic Fiber from October. I have made the entire payment for the month of November. As my connection for the no. 27048987 is prepaid, I have held my services for the month of December through their call centre against Reference No. D/091130/19. As the prepaid means you get your account recharged first and then use, I continue the same way. I have not recharged my account in the month of December and haven’t used it. But I get it recharged in the month of January for Rs 275 for one month, but then too the company is not providing me the connection and has suspended my services and is demanding for another Rs 275 for the month of December for which I have already make my account at hold. I have talked with the customer care executives several times; they are not entertaining my request. I felt as is cheated, this is really a fraud case by a company to a normal customer like me.
Sir kindly help me in this matter. And please help me refund my entire money. I am really fed up from the company.
