I got Aksh IPTV installed through MTNL in January. From January to April the service worked satisfactorily though not totally good. I was out for holiday for two months and I renewed my subscription for July & August even before I returned, but there has hardly been any service. In the whole month of June the TV must have worked totally 10 days. The Aksh people blame MTNL line - the line works for a little while, MTNL people call to ask if the line is working and then immediately it stops working! This service has been more cause of stress than entertainment. I have wasted time and calls to make complaints with no satisfactory response. How can MTNL promote this service if it is so bad.
