We are using IPTV from the day it was launched in Jaipur. As per the terms maintanance of the settop box and remote is with the Aksh Optifibre. It there is any problem, they will repair or replace.
Last month our Remote control of set top box got some problem. Now they are not taking up the complaint and instead asking to purchase another new remote for a fee.
Its been more then one month and its very inconvienent to change channel in settop box
Now we have to buy the new remote which as per the terms should be replace free of cost
Kindly look into the complaint and there is no way that we can send this complaint to BSNL too, coz at 1500 BSNL Customer care forwards the complaint to them and they are only interested in selling there new remote
