DEAR SIR, WE HAVE TAKEN NEW AIRTEL LAND LINE CONNECTION COMBO PLAN 2 MONTHS BACK. SINCE LAST 5 DAYS THE BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING AND WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE 198 AND 121 BUT WE DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE.
