CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS

Since November I have been pursuing a change in my billing address without any success. Avon has RS4615 my money with them and a string of staff who cannot read, understand nor resolve a simple request. Their depot is not helpful either. I have a string of emails to forward as proof.
