Conductor rude behaviou

Dear Transport authourty

i want to bring in ur knowledge on date 15/07 i was travelling in ctu bus zirkpur to ambala Bus rout chd to kaithal at mor. 8.05Am at zirkpur conductor refuge to give change four five pepole and when i ask for this happen then say i don't have change and start shouting u should have change its not my responsiblity and lots of arguing with me and say i will not picked u in ctu bus tmrow i am daily passanger some time we do not have change what they should manage the same so its my humble requst to the authourity give them enough change and gide him for good behaviou with customer. i have phota of same conductor whats its paste not good for his future
