I have been trying to book gas refill cylinder through phone. But on phone I could not book.

I have been trying to book gas refill fhrough phone. While calling 1260, I am getting a reply. For malayalm press 1, for English press2 for hindi press 3. Even if I press

1, again repeating same thing, press 1, 2, 3 and so on. At last it will say your time is over and disconnect. Please try to rectify the mistake of the computer. or stop booking over telephone., it may disturb consumers like me.
