On 10/01 i booked railway tickets through IRCTC (Transaction ID 0294789860). While booking one of the transaction failed for some technical issue, however my bank account is debited for the failed transaction also. In-spite of my repeated mail to [email protected] i am not getting a proper response nor the refund is credited into my bank account. They have failed to provide me contact details of higher officials for escalating the issue. Request your guidance in this regard
